Known across Kalimdor by some as the "Autumn Warden," Shara Leafblade was once a very skilled huntress. She has captured or eliminated many threats across the world, bringing her iconic sword, the Leafblade, to bear upon her foes with unerring skill.
She often stood watch over Forest Song, ensuring that the wayward demon hunters of the Netherbane did not stray too far outside what they were allowed. Shara harbored no love for demon hunters, and even less so for the one known as Eraelan. She was able to develop a working relationship with the Greyseer, however, despite it being somewhat tenuous.
Shara had always considered herself a skilled swordswoman, often preferring the use of elegant, single-edged blades. Early in her career, she made herself known by wielding the nature-infused sword called the "Leafblade", a weapon she claimed gave her that very name. For a time, however, she retired the artifact, believing that the sword needed to rest.
During a Horde raid on Ashenvale, Shara's sister, one of the Silverwing Sentinels, went missing. Since then, Shara has been scouring all of southern Kalimdor for any information she can find. The Leafblade, deadliest in her hands above all others, has never left her side since.
Legend suggests that the sword may have a twin, and that it was young Keli'an, Shara's sister, who had become its custodian.
The Autumn Warden is seen as a very strict adherent to kaldorei law. The loss of her sister, however, has only made her already rigid personality harsher.
