What can be said about Lokker that makes any shape of sense? Could you say that he built his own robotic strider, but accidentally coded its personality in such a way that it tried to murder him? Yes, you can. Could you say that he was finally able to fix those bugs after almost a decade so that the strider now only tries to murder everyone else instead? Yes, you can say that, too. Can you say that he lovingly named this murder-chicken-bot "Nokker" because of the constant knocking noise it made? Yep! But can you say why he named his own self-murdering bot lovingly instead of, you know, turning it off? No... no, I do not believe anyone can. Except maybe Lokker himself.
What if you were to ask how old Lokker was? Should we then tell you that he's currently stuck outside of the mundane timeline that we all know as reality, and instead involuntarily finds himself rifting across time and space with his specially modified powered armor? Maybe then you would understand that Lokker's age is now entirely irrelevant, because he no longer counts time in a linear fashion. No one's quite sure if he ever counted anything in a linear fashion, even before the rifting incident(s).
We do know, for certain, that Lokker was the second agent to rise to lead the organization known as AESOP, which he did for a few years before retiring and getting himself lost in time and space. He passed along his responsibilities to Ardell Magrave before this, however, which was good, because everyone knows where Ardell exists in time and space. Very few know where Lokker is.
Even when he's standing right in front of you.
