Elithe Lightstroke

Second to youngest of the Lightsroke brothers, and always the scrawniest, due to contracting consumption at a young age. The Lightstrokes were a noble line of paladins in Lordaeron, stretching back to before the founding of the Silver Hand. Elithe was too weak to stand up to the physical requirements of paladinship, and instead was enrolled in a school for priests, which he failed. Despite the Kirin-Tor attempting to recruit the young Elithe to learn wizardry, his parents would not allow it. 

And then Arthas returned from Northrend. 

Elithe’s parents sacrificed themselves to save their two youngest children from the Scourge. Somehow Elithe survived, and escaped south, as far as he knew the only living heir to his family name and fortune. As he traveled, a voice would whisper to him in his dreams, promises of power, of never being so weak as to let those he cared for suffer and die again. Perhaps, too easily, he gave in. 

After some time he settled in Stormwind, and met his future wife, Elishtar, and Shan’do Tharion. Together, he and Elishtar learned the ways of demon hunting, and Elithe used his building fel magics to fight the Legion.  With his 'patrons' at the House of Gis, a unique faction of demons, Elithe finds himself at an uncomfortable crossroads between using the demon's magic and knowledge but not becoming beholden to them.
